RPA support lead

الوصف الوظيفي
The RPA support lead will be responsible for all the aspects of supporting at first level and coordinate with the ITD to resolve the issues and also including the following activities
1. First level point of contact for all RPA support related activities
2. Understanding on how to read the codes for diagnosis & escalate to the development teams
3. Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot the issues and perform minor enhancements and fixes as a first level support
4. Creating simple queries, running predefined scripts, configuration, security and interpreting logs and traces
5. Understanding of various IT security concepts as they relate to production environments
6. Provide advice and guidance to colleagues where required
7. Participate in shift rotation (if required)
8. On call during weekend and flexibility in scheduling with in a multi-disciplinary team structure but also independently
9. Excellent debugging and trouble shooting skills and ability to perform any task on adhoc request
10. Ability to work in a multi-cultural diverse environment
11. Ability to handle the teams and provide the day to day status to the top management
12. Manage multiple Bots based on the processing volumes
13. Periodic health check of robotic resources and report weekly metrics and analysis

المهارات
• Strong interpersonal , verbal and written communication
• Experience of working in a RPA support role
• Should have managed the support related activities for at least 5+ projects using RPA
• Technically sound candidate with hands on minimal development experience in core OOPS
• Basic of hardware and networking or equivalent knowledge
• Windows OS knowledge
• Good knowledge of ITIL concepts
• Working knowledge of RPA software
• Intermediate knowledge of .NET framework
• Knowledge in Networking LAN/WAN, AD etc.
