Senior Product Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Experience as a product manager in the principles and application of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup. ▪ The ability to evaluate and solve problems creatively and laterally when needed, using appropriate evidence and data over instinct wherever possible to inform product decisions. ▪ Experience working with user researchers to discover and understand the needs of users, and to gain a wider perspective of the landscape surrounding activities and policies. ▪ Work with user groups to mine requirements and work across functional leaders to help prioritize the product road map. ▪ Build and maintain roadmap, user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications. ▪ Liaise with development and QA to validate product features in accordance with specifications.
▪ Manage people dynamics effectively when working across departmental and other boundaries. ▪ To be positive and resilient; strong empathy with the needs of users, stakeholders and colleagues. ▪ Curiosity and the ability to learn new skills quickly; able and willing to challenge the status quo, and to encourage the team and stakeholders to challenge to you. ▪ The ability to identify warning signs quickly and to provide decisive responses to emerging significant delivery challenges. ▪ Strong visual and verbal communication skills, tailored to the needs of the audience. ▪ Demonstrable experience in developing and communicating a coherent product roadmap and strategy. ▪ The ability to passionately pursue a vision and articulate it to a wide audience, from team members to Director General Level. ▪ Assist with the generation of training manuals and documentation for internal and external stakeholders as required. ▪ Be a product champion and have the ability to challenge, influence and make sound product decisions.

المهارات
Mentor and train others in a non-line management capacity. ▪ A good appreciation for, and ideally practical experience of, service design, user research, UX, design, data and development principles, and how each contribute to the creation of successful products. ▪ Experience in the Education and IT sector. ▪ Experience of working with E-learning platforms and digital content production. ▪ Affinity with and/or experience with BI, Big Data and AI=applications
