Senior Manager- Internal Audit (Bilingual)

الوصف الوظيفي
Bachelor degree in specialized field or equivalent, preferably a Professional Qualifications such as CIA, CISA, ACA, ACCA or CPA.
 Expatriates: Experience of at least 12 years in the relevant field, preferably in the education sector.
 Strategic Planning
o Propose section’s plan and objectives
o Manage execution of the section’s objectives and goals in line with the operational plan
o Propose KPI’s for section and section’s employees, in alignment to Client strategic goals
 Budget Management
o Provide inputs for preparation of section budget for further approval to the Division Director
o Monitor the sectional budget spend in coordination with the relevant units and in alignment to the section’s plan
 Performance Management
o Monitor the performance of the section by providing strategic direction and guidance in achieving objectives
o Proactively communicate the annual objectives and KPIs to section employees
o Engage with the relevant stakeholders at Client to identify opportunities to improve section’s performance
 People Management
o Identify training and development needs of the section’s employees with a special focus on Emiratization
o Ensure availability of the required number and specialized staff to support the section by providing inputs to annual manpower plan in consultation with Division Director and Sector’s Executive Director
o Provide constructive feedback to direct reports and provide inputs to Division Director on performance of employees
 Knowledge Management and Innovation
o Contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement and performance within the section
Manage the periodic audit compliance reporting the (i) internal controls, (ii) accuracy of financial and administrative records and (iii) compliance with approved function’s policies and procedures.
