Maintenance Manager - Instrumentation

Job Description and Requirements
* Oversee that all tasks are performed in a timely manner and with quality to achieve the highest level of safety and reliability (specifically includes the oversight of the Long-Term Maintenance Agreement (LTMA) contractor and their sub-contractors).
* Oversee all maintenance activities on I&C;systems to ensure plant operational readiness and ongoing operation of I&C;systems.
* Oversee periodic and surveillance tests on I&C;systems to ensure plant operational readiness of I&C;systems.
* Review and initiate Standard Work Plan for equipment important to safety and reliability to ensure compliance with plant safety policies and procedures.
* Manage maintenance experience documents for systems important to safety and reliability to ensure compliance with plant safety policies and procedures.
* Oversee plan for vendor maintenance of equipment important to safety and reliability to ensure vendor compliance to plant safety policies and procedures.
* Manage I&C;and Measuring and Test Equipment (M&TE;) room to ensure reliability and accuracy of testing and calibration equipment.
* Oversee calibration lab to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
* Govern procurement approval of test equipment for equipment important to safety and reliability to ensure compliance with plant safety policies and procedures.
* Oversee continuing training for equipment important to safety and reliability to ensure staff is properly trained and qualified in the use of equipment during I&C;maintenance.
* Prepare and plan for outages to ensure plant downtime is minimized.
* Manage instrumentation and control maintenance Corrective Action Program requirements to ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
* Ensure that the supplemental workers are familiar and compliant with the Conduct of Maintenance to ensure an effective maintenance program.
* Prepare for World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) peer review to ensure alignment to industry and regulatory best practices.
* Manage all technical administrative activities of I&C;area to ensure organizational excellence.
