Application Manager (eCommerce/CRM)

الوصف الوظيفي
Manage and Plan the entire life cycle of the Applications with product development teams and application owners.
Ensure that when the Product is delivered to Operations, it is done at an agreed and acceptable level of quality.
Work closely with business owners and product implementation teams to ensure proper identification of requirements, implementation and rollout of the systems.
Define, Track, Monitor, and Act-on various performance metrics on assigned applications.
Visualise and present ongoing trends to business stakeholders.
Work closely with the vendors to ensure proper delivery of planned optimizations within delivery dates and with the agreed levels of quality.
Optimize the sourcing set-up with key focus on enhancing quality and reducing costs.
