Cleaning Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for the day to day cleaning of all responsible areas on site. Works with the cleaners to ensure all areas are kept acceptably clean at all times, within the industry cleaning standards. Lead the cleaning team and ensure training requirements kept up to date.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the day to day site cleaning including all areas from basement to top floor, both internally and externally.
Work with the cleaning & technical team to ensure checklists are filled in correctly and regular checks on all areas to ensure that are kept acceptably clean.
Knows & operates all cleaning equipment and trains all staff accordingly ensuring all training records are done and kept up to date
Responsible for monitoring stock levels and orders stock with the help of Admin and Facilities Manager, on time and within budget
Ensure staff wearing uniforms at all times while on duty
Follow HSEQ policies and procedures and ensures staff understand these procedures
Follow and up with cleaners and complete work orders on time
Ensure good customer service is applied at all times
Willing to help as and when required to ensure the site is running and looking good at all times.
Be honest & responsible
Ensure posters and procedures clearing visible so cleaners are aware what is required

المهارات
EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:
Good English written, spoken and understanding
Good understanding of cleaning standards and requirements
Good people skills and communication with tenants, Call Centre, staff and management on a daily basis

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School
Relevant qualification or minimum 5 years work experience in cleaning industry with minimum 2 years as a cleaning supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCY:
People skills, good knowledge of the cleaning industry, attention to detail, good communication, confident, extrovert
