Danfoss is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – UAE, who is highly result-driven to work independently managing sales and support function for multiple projects. The preferred candidate will have proven track record of handling LV Drives system business with EPCs in all business segments, strong background and understanding of LV Drives business in DCP, W&WW;, COG and other industrial segments.
This role reports to Regional Sales Manager.

Background and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Strong background and understanding of LV Drives business in DCP, W&WW;, COG and other industrial segments within UAE
- Strong network and relationship with EPCs, Consultants and End Users within UAE
- Good knowledge on competitors offering and value proposition in cabinet drive solutions
- Excellent communication skills along with a customer focused attitude and a strong drive for results
- You are a proactive sales person with strong passion for drives
- Performed presentations/seminars on regular basis to consultants and clients
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships to keep customers loyal to Danfoss
- To “Think Danfoss” and to support cross segments opportunities
- Ability to prioritize, focus, and complete most critical tasks while handling multiple assignments with shifting priorities
- Native or fluent in English
Your personality: Highly dynamic, analytical and ambitious, you are self-motivated, result oriented and eager to contribute. You are able to communicate in different levels, conduct seminars and make presentations. Your ability to work with customers from different countries allows you to work in an international team.
