الوصف الوظيفي We are currently looking for an Assistant Store General Manager to work for a Leading Multinational Retailer in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities: Manage the standards of the store regarding hygiene, safety and security Ensure the company assets and services and maintained Train the team to deliver the best customer service Ensure company policies and regulations are implemented Conduct weekly visits to the store to ensure operations are running smoothly Implement ideas into the store strategies and ensure implementation Handle team briefings and one to one performance review Motivate the team and ensure their commitment and engagement through team building workshops Manage the store training plan and monitor employee’s performance Manage the career development plan for employees with potential Ensure the store assortments are aligned with the company policy Manage the promotional image of the store for targeted audience Ensure the merchandise layout as per policy and attractive display Up to date with competitor’s activity Ensure the stock is managed and stock levels are maintained Identify financial risks in store and propose the yearly department budget Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager within FMCG (Hypermarkets, Fast moving fashion) Experience in recruitment, trainings, labour relations and negotiation Strong knowledge of principals/ methods for managing people Candidate must speak English, Arabic would be a plus المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة
