Hi All,
We are currently hiring for a Real Estate Agent/Broker.
Job Description / Role:
As a Real Estate Agent your list of responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Conducting market research for the designated areas and new developments
Property valuation as per current market analysis
Obtaining new listings, preparing them for advertising, monitor the listings’ performance
Qualifying clients, Arranging and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant and landlord leading to a successful closure
Requirements:
Minimum atleast 1 - 2 Years experience in Real Estate Industry as a Leasing/Sales Agent.
UAE Driving license & Own Car
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
Language Fluency: English , Arabic (Optional)
Positive attitude and high level of self-motivation, and discipline
Able to work in a team as well as independently.
Location: Abudhabi
Gender : Male / Female
Nationality: Any Nationality
Salary : To be discussed during Interview / Salary + Commission
Visa : Self Visa
