As a part of Jordan campaign 2019; Injazat Data Systems is looking for potential candidates for the below roles:
Support Engineer
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate (V3)
• (3 – 5) years’ experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge on Windows exchange Server, Active Directory
• Knowledge on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 User Administration
• Knowledge on Windows 7/8/10, MAC
• Knowledge on Mobile Device management and troubleshooting experience helpful
• Knowledge on Securities Solutions: Antivirus, Anti-Malware and Anti-Spam
• Knowledge on Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Meticulous analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task
Service Desk Coordinator – Entry
• Bachelor degree in IT or any other degree related to the field.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL.
• Knowledge of MS Products (from user perspective).
• Strong Customer Service Skills, verbal and written.
• Service Desk or Contact Centre previous environmental experience preferred.
• Good literacy skills in both Arabic and English.
• related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing service desk support
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange is preferred
• Proficient troubleshooting skills are preferred
Systems Administrator – UNIX
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent field
• UNIX: RedHat, SUSE & UNIX: HP-UX & Oracle Solaris related certifications.
• Instillation and administration of UNIX/Linux Operating Systems (Linux: RedHat, SUSE & UNIX: HP-UX & Oracle Solaris),
• Good knowledge about Network, Security & Firewall configuration, Shell scripts
• Linux (In depth knowledge on RHEL/OEL/SUSE with hands on experience in an enterprise level Organization)
• Virtualization (In depth knowledge on Oracle Virtualization, VM Manager & VM server, with hands on experience in an enterprise level Organization)
• Good Knowledge on HPUX and Oracle Solaris

Systems Administrator – Windows Operations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent field.
• Enterprise Advanced Certifications: MCSE, MCTS and MCITP or VCP
• Administrating Windows server R2 and 2016.
• Administrating virtualized systems (Hyper-V/VMM/VMware/ vSphere /vCenter and SRM)
• Administrating MS Exchange messaging
• Administrating Source One archiving software and Symantec enterprise vault
• Administrating AD GPO implementation and troubleshooting
• Administrating MS Lync and MS Skype for Business
• Administrating MS NLB, MS clustering, file/ print & DHCP Server
• Administrating WSUS, SCCM, SCOM

ITIL Service Specialist
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field.
• ITIL V3 Expert.
• Understanding of all Service Management processes.
• 6 – 8 years’ experience in IT Service Management.
• Knowledge of Integration points between various Service Management Processes.
• Ability to own and manage more than one ITIL process to ISO standards.
• Knowledge of Information Security framework ISO in order to ensure and enforce compliance.
• Ability to perform trends analysis and propose remedial and improvement plans.
• Generate ITIL Reports demonstrating process maturity and performance indicators.
• Basic knowledge of Audit process, evidence gathering and presentation.
• Govern ITIL Knowledge Repositories for Standards and Quality compliance
Project Manager - IT
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Management or a related field.
• Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM)
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• ITIL Foundation Certificate (Preference)
• A minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in Project Management environment in IT industry or related area with a focus on technology, management and policy
• Excellent command of English Language and Communication Skills
• Strong Planning and Organization Skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritize to ensure positive results of the assigned opportunities
• High Experience in administering Project artifacts
• High Experience in Microsoft Office and MS Project
Project Analyst
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Management or a related field.
• Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM).
• PMP (Preference)
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Project Management environment IT industry or related area with a focus on technology, management and policy.
• Excellent command of English Language and Communication Skills.
• Strong Planning and Organization Skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Intermediate Experience in administering Project artifacts.
• Intermediate Experience in managing Projects.
• Intermediate Experience in Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Service Delivery Manager - IT
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Management or a related discipline ITIL Manager trained
• (3-5) years relevant experience in IT Service Management role or similar working in a local or international IT Outsourcing service provider environment. Solid understanding of IT service best practice.
• Proven history of successfully interacting with customers and delivering solutions which meet customer expectations
• Maintains strong values of integrity, commitment, and self-improvement
• Exceptional planning and organization experience
• Experience of working in a customer service environment
• Ability to handle high levels of stress
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent time management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of ITIL disciplines
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach
• Flexible but methodical and thorough approach- Process oriented.
