A Physiotherapists works to improve the health and well being of workers to enable them to do their jobs efficiently and effectively. A physiotherapist will help employees with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability or ageing to improve their movement while doing their work in the production.

المهارات
* Creating tailored treatment plans like therapeutic exercise, manual therapy (such as massage) and breathing and relaxation techniques to address the frequent sickness conditions , taking into account their age, fitness levels and any other medical conditions.
* Educating employees on how to prevent common injuries so they can live a healthy lifestyle
* Organizing therapeutic physical exercise sessions
* Develop and review treatment programs that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques
* Write patient case notes and reports and collect statistics
* Liaise with other healthcare professionals, such as Nurses & HSE team, to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention
* Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients
* If a worker is injured, the Therapist can facilitate the smooth transition from the clinic to the workplace, using specific strategies to empower the worker to manage their return to work, and assessing barriers for work.
* Be caring, compassionate and professional at all times
