Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm who are well established in the Middle East. They have multiple offices and is looking to hire a Senior Paralegal in Abu Dhabi. The role will be based in the corporate team and will require an Arabic speaker. The role will involve a heavy focus on company incorporation, licensing and liquidation. There will be a variety of onshore / offshore clients and significant interaction with public and government authorities. You will be expected to draft and amend a variety of documents in Arabic and English, for example MOA’s and shareholder agreements. There may also be exposure to M&A;, due diligence and employment law.
المهارات
The successful candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic. It is essential you have at least 2 years’ experience in a corporate team here in the UAE. A law Degree is a requirement and LPC an advantage. This role will also be open to NQ Solicitors.
