We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company.
• To organize transport and logistics activities to ensure the ordered materials and goods are mobilized and delivered to the right location in timely and efficient manner
• Lead and manage the activities in the logistic cycle to ensure production requirements demands are efficiently met
• Prepare all necessary logistics related documentation required for release and mobilization of consignments and shipments
• Coordinate internally with sales team to facilitate shipping of export orders
• Follow-up shipping documents for import goods and coordinate internally with production and procurement teams to advise on shipment arrival and release from ports
المهارات
Incumbent has to have good connections and leverage with shipping companies, freight forwarders, release agents etc…
Min. 2 years UAE experience in the same field, pref. with Chemical related exp.
