الوصف الوظيفي Provides strategic vision to the project team utilizing expert knowledge of project management and thorough business/technical acumen. Leads periodic project reviews. Builds and leads project teams to achieve organizational goals. Defines project objectives and scope Accountable for development of the Integrated Project Plan for each initiative. Leads the execution of projects Project Control: Accountable for providing the Project Sponsor and stakeholders with a routine status of the project, actively communicating issues and risks, and ensuring that leadership alignment is a priority. Works with business and to ensure product is successfully implemented and benefits and value. Ensures successful completion of all projects including closure of all aspects. Recognize and celebrate success. Capture lessons learned. المهارات Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business Related field or equivalent work experience 8 years minimum PM experience with managing projects in the financial services business lines (ie. Treasury, Finance, Capital Markets, Hedge funds and Private equity). This requirement is critical as failure of the candidate to demonstrate experience within the Financial services industry will disqualify them Experience of leading large projects with a variety of stakeholders In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodology, PM tools and processes Highly Proactive and able to lead senior people within the organization Highly organized, motivated and always following up on actions Experience of using tools like MS project to manage a project in a structured way. Able to understand complex interdependencies among different software components and projects and manage different streams to deliver on time and budget. Understands and can to manage the different phases of software delivery, including build, test, user test and user deployment. Able to understand resourcing requirements and to build a resource plan for delivery of projects.
