الوصف الوظيفي
• Preparation & Update of Bank reconciliation
• Following on Petty Cash recording & re-imbursement
• Identify & resolve accounting issues
• Supervise control for accounting procedures & systems
• Prepare verification audits and coordinate auditor activities
• Prepare financial reports as per international standards
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Assisting in cash flow preparation & maintaining periodical updates
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Registration of vendors and logging of vendor invoices on daily basis as received.
• Creating payment runs and bank documentation for authorization and release, ensuring that payments
•Maintains a good relationship with suppliers by attending their calls and emails.
•Monitoring the subcontractor invoicing with the progress details and analyzing the recovery of advance payment made and retaining certain amount as per contract and processing of the retained amount as and when required as stipulated in the contract.
• Ensured proper cut-off of invoices for accrual purpose for the month end close, to ensure a proper accrual rate for monthly financials.
Hands-on experience in dealing with the whole payroll of the company both staff & labor category
Preparing the leave pay, EOSB. Computation of provisions for leave pay, EOSB and Air ticket.
