International Crew accommodation specialist who are working in Partnership with a leading UAE based Airline.
Description
Receive inbound inquiries to source hotel, transportation and travel needs of clients, round the clock.Ensure Reservations’ consistency and execution between multiple systems and channels utilized in the booking processObtain, evaluate, and provide accommodations according to client guideline, requirements and SOPs,Effectively utilize all Customer Service tools and technology to process, track and report on all reservations requests that are provided through different channels,Professionally respond to all clients and/or vendors and escalate issues, complaints or service disruptions according to procedures,Continually update and maintain company database with client transactionsProvide continual feedback on customer service processes and procedures to improve SOPs and training processes,Interact with internal departments, Support other duties/projects as needed
Profile
Ability to work in a Contact Center / service desk environmentMust by confident, self-motivated, detailed oriented, organized and possess the ability to multitask.Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and client relationship skillsNegotiations skills using different channels and methods of communications (phone or electronic)Ability to withstand significant pressures driven by volume, pace and challenging interactionsEmbraces change, thinks creativity and has a willingness to learnAbility to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, target-based environmentAbility to follow complex and dynamic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to manage and provide feedback to all types of individualsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proficiency with SABRE (preferred)
