الوصف الوظيفي
• Engage with the various systems analysts within to document Infrastructure design and network topology.

•Monitor systems and Analyze issues root causes and resolution.

• Installation of common server applications (DB, Setup,Tasks, etc).

• Communicate with vendors to troubleshoot issues

• Usage of common monitoring tools and create scripts

المهارات
• Good English communication skill (written and spoken)

• Must have worked extensively on monitoring enterprise grade systems and servers

• Must have strong skills in Microsoft SQL, SSRS, SSIS

• Must have a strong background in networking, security, and infrastructure

• Strong background on enterprise applications installation, upgrade, setup, and monitoring
• 5 years experience in enterprise systems monitoring and infrastructure
