• Engage with the Treasury and ePayment functions within Group to handle their requirements collection, advisory, and implementation for ePayments and reporting.
• Write requirements documents and manage the overall system usage, support, and direction.
• support the technical analysts to perform technical changes in FIS Trax as per needed requirements.
المهارات
• Fluent English communication skills is a must (written and spoken)
• Must have had extensive experience with writing requirements documents for Treasury and ePayment systems and/or activities
• Must have had extensive experience with FIS Trax, and reporting systems
• Must have had experience in designing reports / dashboards / models, preferably using “Microsoft Power BI”
• Must have knowledge across the following:
o ePayment process and cycle
o Swift and Swift bureau messages
o Banking process and systems
o Cashflows & Transactions
• Must have experience working with software developers to communicate requirements
Experience Required::
• 5 years experience in Treasury and ePayment
• 1 year experience in FIS Trax, and Reporting tools
