The main goal of this position is to create, develop and sustain sound business-to-business channels for the purpose of growth and development.
This role demands that the individual takes responsibility for selling within the Retail Grocery & B2B Channels to include: Major Wholesale & Retail Grocery Chains and other FMCG Chains, Camps, Specialty Retail, C-Stores, Club Stores, Colleges & Universities, Corporate & Government institutions, Airlines, Airports, Malls and Major FMCG Distributors.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the Annual Sales Plan.
• Achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives.
• Manage assigned budgets.
• Manage all sales, marketing and customer-service related functions.
• Assume ultimate responsibility for developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
• Strategically analyze the Marketplace to determine sales growth potential and ensure adequate coverage to reach targets.
• Develop and maintain an active new business development pipeline
• Provide ongoing updates and trend analysis to management.
• Manage all pricing and promotional activity
• Recommend relevant external sales and market trend data needed to facilitate data-driven selling; effectively analyze and leverage data to drive above-average gradual growth and new customer acquisition
• Monitor and analyze sales promotional results and overall marketing spend ROI
• Prepare accurate monthly expense reports, activity reports or other documentation in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of marketplace needs and changes to include competitive activities and report information back to management.
• Ensure the company is well represented in the marketplace to include trade and food shows and industry events.

• A Degree or Diploma in: Marketing, Business Management, Economics (other related majors will be considered)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible work schedules; including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
• Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience at least 3-5 years in the beverages/FMCG distribution industry.
• Preferably an Arab national /knowledge of Arabic writing & speaking.
• Experience selling Quality Branded Products.
• Documented track record of success.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Broker management experience.
• Ability to close sales.
• Provide existing knowledge of the marketplace.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work from one’s home office.
• Ability to travel.
