To ensure management and oversight of the Prime Contractor for the assigned plant systems - NSSS, BOP, TG etc. , ensuring that delivery is contractually compliant with the commissioning scope defined in the prime contract and supporting agreements.  To ensure and support the implementation of the department responsibilities of the Barakah Operational Readiness program.
1. Safety and Quality
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

Ensure that Commissioning and Operations department staff and Prime Contractor (PC) management leadership demonstrate a strong commitment to the culture of safety and quality and that all work performed during Commissioning is carried out safely and in compliance with approved procedures, the Quality Assurance Manual and Regulatory requirements.

Initiate and participate in PC QA audits as required to ensure delivery of an NPP built to the highest quality standards.

2. Work Management
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Prepare commissioning oversight procedure and checklist.

Review PC generic commissioning and test plans and procedures to ensure adequate demonstration that plant systems, structures and components meet design and regulatory requirements.

Work with the PC to develop “construction to commissioning” and “commissioning to operations” turnover processes for the assigned plant systems in order to facilitate turnovers and support training of Nawah staff embedded in the PC commissioning organization.

Oversee the turnover process and implementation for the assigned plant systems, to validate exceptions are identified and turned over systems have been maintained by the PC.

Validate exceptions and punch list processes properly as well as document commissioning status and track completion of work and corrective actions through full implementation.

Witness and review commissioning tests/results to confirm compliance with design acceptance criteria and regulatory requirements.

Support verification of PC reported progress on Commissioning scope.

Support development and implementation of the Power Ascension Test (PAT) program and procedures, and provide oversight of PC and subcontractor personnel in performance and documentation of PAT.

Ensure and support the implementation of the assigned department responsibilities of the Operational Readiness.

المهارات
Bachelor degree in Engineering or or equivalent as stated in the JD Procedure (HR-PRC-0004).
experince:
minumu: 5 years supervisory and/or management experience in NPP Commissioning and Operations or equivalent as stated in the JD Procedure (HR-PRC-0004).
preferred: 13 years supervisory and/or management experience in NPP or Conventional Power Plant in Commissioning and Operations.
