Tasks include:
Review of global best parking management practices to identify appropriate context-sensitive enhancements.
Design and management of diverse parking studies and surveys.
Manage stakeholder consultations related to city-wide parking strategy.
Review and advise on appropriate modifications to parking fee structure.
Review and propose updates to existing parking law and regulations.
Identify advanced technology solutions that improve various aspects of parking management.
Analyze parking violations and complaints.
Advise and provide direction on all aspects of technical, managerial and administrative related to parking management in large cities.
المهارات
At least 10+ years experience in the transportation/ parking industry.
Bachelor’s degree in transportation, engineering or economics. Master’s degree definite plus.
Technical and managerial experience in conducting parking studies and development and implementation of parking management programs.
Fully familiar with all aspects of parking management and the requirements of a parking authority.
Experience in transportation planning or traffic engineering as related to design and analysis of surveys and the integration of diverse transportation modes desirable.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Project management experience
