الوصف الوظيفي Coordinate communication with suppliers, merchandisers, store operations, DC and freight forwarders to arrange timely intake and stock replenishment. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to track stock and costs throughout the supply chain. Effective coordination and follow-up of logistics requirements from Stores, Buyers, DC, 3PL and all service providers. Ensure continuous cost saving by optimizing the space utilization in trucks and containers for outbound/teturned shipments. Prepare / ensure all documentation relating to import & export complies with relevant countries requirement Follow-ups on documents (Normal/LC) to clear the import shipments. Work closely with Store Development in delivering fixtures and fittings on time at best cost Assist Logistics team in maintaining the supply chain visibility tool and training users and delivering best in class SCM tool. Create end to end SOPs and IOPs for 3PLs and in-house operation. Assist Logistics team in research and investigation of market entry and store opening projects with retail division.
