• Perform almost all Aspects of Accounting -Up to finalization
• Payables
• Receivables
• Handling day to day accounting entries
• Preparing job cards and making invoices
• Maintaining time sheets for the employees and monitor productivity.
• Follow up on receivables
• Handle all accounting related communications
• Bank reconciliation
• Prepare required documents for VAT filing
• Prepare daily, weekly and Monthly reports for the management.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
المهارات
ACCOUNTANT (GENARAL)
Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
Good communication skill is mandatory
Must have 6 years’ experience in UAE with all aspects of accounting
Candidates with experience in Manpower Supply / Recruitment Outsourcing Companies Preferred
Sound knowledge and experience in Quick Books
Must be available currently in UAE
