Including but not limited to:
• Data Management & Administration:
- Maintaining HR data on various systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Overseeing time and attendances of AUH and AlAin employees are tracked and enforcing necessary disciplinary actions as per policy.
- Supporting line management in the supply of accurate time & attendance information to ensure accurate weekly & monthly pay information is provided to the payroll department.
- Updating employment legislation and giving guidance to site personnel.
• Recruitment & Training:
- Administering & taking part in recruitment & selection Processes.
- Coordinating the administration of on-boarding for new hires.
- Delivering HR inductions & supporting new starter general inductions.
- Participating when requested in disciplinary and grievance hearings and appeals, and giving guidance within the codes of practice / company policies & procedures.
• HR Analytics:
- Preparing by 15th of the month management report for, HR Statistics Dashboards like recruitment, performance management tracker, attrition dashboard, training dashboard / KPI’s & reports.
- Supporting HR and line management in training & development and associated activities.
- Maintaining positive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for the exit procedures & taking exit interviews for employees.
- Supporting the Managers within group in terms of correct procedures and policies.
- Managing and updating all HR policies and procedures and processes.
- Drafting official communication with regards to disciplinary actions.
- Collecting appraisal formats, administration of any training course for staff, and supporting the manager with running any in house training sessions.
- Handing over job description to each new joiner & creating new JD for new positions.
- Managing Insurance for all employees and handling claims’ reimbursements.

- Good general administration experience & proven numerical ability
- Ability to work with limited supervision, to make decisions and work on own initiative., Ability to demonstrate strong IT skills, including the use of in-house databases and the Microsoft Office applications
- Effective communication skills, in order to deal tactfully and sensitively with people at all levels, excellent listening skills & Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people. Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to operate within tight deadlines and manage a number of work activities at any one time.
- Flexibility and the ability to establish personal priorities.
