As a Business Excellence Section Manager you will oversee the implementation, development and execution of the best practices and organisation excellence culture across the whole operation.

Description
Prepare proposals for policies and procedures for the excellence section, coordinate with other departments, sections to make appropriate recommendations and obtain necessary approvals before implementationLead the development and implementation of systems, policies and procedures for the identification, collection and analysis of data related to the Government Excellence SystemManage the adoption and implementation of Government Excellence System, and ensure that it is mapped and fulfilled by organisation functionsLead and oversee the effective participation and qualification of the organisation in the Abu Dhabi Government Excellence AwardIdentify opportunities, make recommendations and implement Excellence system performance/optimisation and enhancements.Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders to drive organisational improvement.Provide coaching/ mentoring to subordinates in the section in the optimisation of their personal potential, so that the Department’s objectives are met and/ or exceeded.
Profile
At least 8 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a managerial positionDegree in Business Administration, Business Excellence or equivalentFamiliarity with EFQM Excellence Model standardsEFQM Assessor certificationPreferred EFQM assessment and implementation backgroundStrong interpersonal skills; influential and collaborativeFull professional fluency in English and Arabic (Verbal and Written)
