ROLE PURPOSE
To manage a group of clients to achieve designated sales target levels. Develop profitable business with new and existing clients. Lead the contract account team to meet the client’s requirements for quality, speed and cost while meeting Injazat internal metrics in terms of financials and clients satisfactions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales
· Accountable for the financial performance of the contract – in terms of Revenue / Margin and Growth potential on the portfolio of contracts.
· Responsible for achieving and exceeding profitable growth, financial and performance targets.
· Responsible for managing demand and quickly qualifying opportunities.
· Plan, direct and coordinate sales activities to drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with Sales objective.
· Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets.
· Develop business acumen in customer line of business
· Develop relationships with C-Level executives within IT, business and Finance
· Participate in customer strategy discussions
· Identify business initiatives with high impact on customer growth and optimization
· Identify transformational initiatives, powered by digital
· Transform the image of Injazat from a vendor to a strategic partner
· Change the commercial model into Opex
· Drive client-centric prospecting activities through roadshows and innovations
· Leverage “as-a-service” delivery model and Opex
· Focus on Injazat strategic imperatives.
Account Management
· Position Injazat as an enabler for customer business transformation
· Explores opportunities to optimize customer investments for better outcomes
· Gains credibility by developing knowledge in customer business
· Capable of discussing with IT department and line of business department
· Capable of understanding competitive landscape
· Accountable for client satisfaction with respect to annuity or outsourcing services.
· Establishes yearly budgets and controls expenses to achieve financial goals.
· Ensure balance between short term objectives and long term planning
· Embed Injazat into the customer planning cycle
· Leads business negotiations for contracts.
· Leads the account leadership team which is comprised of Sales, Delivery Management, & Client Management).
· Responsible for retaining long-term client relationships with established clients. Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service.
· Contributes to the client’s business improvement, planning and budgeting process
· Develops processes with the client in areas such as performance metrics and measure, escalation, change management and communication.
· Maintains effective communication with and between functional areas of the account team, as well as with Injazat
· Focus on End user business services quality and availability
· Responsible for the highest customer satisfaction on Injazat quality, pricing and responsiveness
· Maintain effective communication at all decision level of the customers
· Keep Injazat C-Level engaged with the customer C-level for strategic planning
· Work on multi-year contracts
· Drives the Service Excellence programmer for assigned clients.
· Own, be responsible and drive any crisis, customer dissatisfaction or complain with the highest level of transparency, openness and commitment to customer success
· Ensure that all interactions are executed with the highest ethics and compliance standards as per Injazat and Mubadala policies
· Coordinates team resources, resolves conflicts, and ensures propositions and plans successfully reflect contract parameters, Injazat policy, and Injazat capability
· Represents Injazat and has authority to deliver on Injazat commitments.
Financial
· Ensures financial growth on the account through the utilization of all the leveraged resources and engaging of third party suppliers.
· Ensure Injazat profitability targets are met and exceeded
· Manages P&L;to meet or exceed corporate targets, with emphasis on the profit, revenue and growth
· Ensures all new business improves the overall financial health of the account
· Ensure long term profitability of the account by continuous optimization of operations and introduction of innovations
· Help in the process of recovery of receivables to minimize Injazat outstanding payments
· Control the use of WWCC
· Fully responsible for investments required to keep customer happy and ensure long term relationship
· Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing to the client, including dispute resolution and collection
Communication
· Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, operations, PR, marketing, and peers within the product team to drive growth and customer success
· Delivers technical presentations to clients, peers, leadership team, sales executives
المهارات
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field
Minimum Experience:
· (8 – 10) years’ experience in Account Management, Sales or Key Account Management Functions experienced in working with national or international organizations in the context of IT products and Services.
Job Specific Skills:
· Proven history of successfully interacting with customers and delivering solutions which meet customer expectations.
· Strong knowledge of the IT outsourcing business
· An excellent aptitude for finance and decision making
· Specialized training in sales/negotiation/win strategies
· Exceptional planning and organisation experience
· Experience of working in a customer service environment
· Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills
· Local market knowledge preferred
· Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
