Legal & Compliance Executive

الوصف الوظيفي
The Organization:
Our client is a diversified investment company with entities in hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and other industries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist Legal Manager in various legal matters;
• Assist Legal Manager in preparation of various legal documents, contracts and agreements;
• Perform day to day administration of the company’s various existing contractual agreements;
• Liaise with various government/public authorities and bodies;
• Conduct research wherever applicable;
• Support various departments of the group in legal and compliance matters;
• Assist Legal Manager in new company formation or set up and documentations thereof;
• Perform other duties as assigned;

المهارات
Skills & Competencies:
• Good understanding of legal systems, terminologies and practices ;
• Well versed with local market’s legal compliance rules and regulations;
• Proven experience in drafting of MOU, MOA etc.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills;
• Excellent in MS Office applications mainly Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
• Highly organized;
• Able to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize;
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
• Good team player;
Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law;
• Minimum years of experience: 6+ years of related experience;
• Mandatory experience with corporate law and in corporate setting;
• Fluent in Arabic – speak, read and write;
• Valid UAE driving license with own car is preferred;
