الوصف الوظيفي Review the pay and grading structure of existing and new jobs and benchmark againist other leading organizations to ensure that to ensure Nawah remains competitive Continuously re-evaluate Nawah’s salary structure to ensure a balance between cost controls and attracting/retaining high calibre staff. Make recommendation to the Head of HC Policy and Procedures Design concerning apparent anomalies in pay and grading when compared to other leading organizations. Prepare ‘what if’ scenarios and sensitivity analyzes to show costs and benefits of making structural changes to the Nawah salary and grading structure 2. Job evaluation Determine appropriate grade level and validate by completing a Hay evaluation. Relay results to the Head of HC Policy and Procedures Design with appropriate comparator positions. Complete administrative documentation and maintain an auditable file. Liaise with other HC Sections to assist relevant managers and specialists to build robust recruitment procedures and career paths which will provide staff with professional development and potential job mobility. Deliver presentations on the process and outcomes of job evaluation, as requested by senior managers. 3. Corporate Reporting Participate, as required, in audit reviews to provide feedback on job evaluation activities and processes 5.
