Install maintain and repair equipment plant service and installations to set level effectively in compliance with best practice ensuring production efficiently can be met within a safe well-presented facility. Respond to technical issues and maintain electrical and mechanical service through planned preventive maintenance. Work mostly independently with minimal supervision
Assisting and assign required work for maintenance technicians as required
Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service
Estimate length of time required to complete job and likely consequence of failure to complete work within time scales
Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management
Ensure all work is undertaken to a high quality standard and adhere to all quality standard regulations
Identify spares requirements and log usage
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
Write reports and present progress at daily /monthly meetings
Qualifications:
Degree in Eng. or Diploma in Eng. with equivalent experience
