Comply with company HSEQ procedures and policies
Monitoring and reviewing and updating related QMS & process specs
Competent at accessing drawings, specs and procedures using through the system.
Monitoring, reviewing and updating calibration status for all measuring instruments and gages.
Maintain the gauges register and align other shop related gauges to the valid calibration certificates.
Perform the receiving inspection of raw materials of rotor and stators reline.
Carry out the in process, final inspection of Rotors and stators reline.
Carry out in process, Self-audit and operator qualification audits.
Review all MTCs for the inventory and purchase to the relevant drawing and procedure.
Logging and closing of NCR for both in house products and supplier products in JDE and Analysis of NCR data.
Quality observations, CAR’s, and quality incidents entry, investigation and in place the corrective actions.
Certificate of Conformity (COC) needs to be prepared and sent along with shipment
Maintain the all records in the server folder for easy retrieval.
Assist the team for developing HSEQ business continuity plan and deployment.
Qualifications:
Degree in any Engineering discipline
Fresh Engineering graduate or maximum 1-2 years experience
