1. Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
2. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
3. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
4. Establishes and adjusts selling prices in accordance with the pre-sales team by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
5. Follows up on work results on on-going projects.
6. Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining subordinates; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
9. Conducts quarterly sales-target-monitoring meetings to discuss the sales target compared to the actual situation and deciding how to fill the gaps.
10. Submits monthly sales report to the Managing Partner with details about the monthly profits/losses, estimated projects, and all other details as requested.
