الوصف الوظيفي Review all recorded details in Service Request that given in the electronic system/Client Portal and electronically approve them in line with the Registration and Licensing Policies and Procedure in order to manage and process the applications within the required time frame/SLA. Approving trade name in SF CRM once the client will submit his/her own recommended name through SF Portal. Processing new registration/licenses SRs through SF CRM along with issuing new lease contract. This including checking all submitted documents along with getting confirmation on paying the full payment. Issue license with one day once the full set of requirements are submitted and payment is collected. Renew license within one day from the time of paying the renewal payment along with submitting the full set of documents. Checking and capturing clients contact details in SF CRM, mainly the manager details. Process all types of license amendment SRs including applying for additional licenses. Amendment SRs types are – change of trade name or/and activity or /and license types, or/and shareholders or/and legal type or/and personal details and/or authorized signatory. Process lease amendments SRs including facility upgrade or downgrade and adding additional unit. Process all types of licensing services (including letter) and deliver them once the payment is confirmed through the portal or by Accounts. Issuing or renewing or cancelling or amending Chamber of Commerce Membership once the client will submit his/her request along with paying the fees. Perform all types of Government Services Amendment Services that dealing with immigration file. After settling all the de registration dues along with submitting all necessary clearances, officer will process the de registration requests by checking the submitted documents and then issue de registration letter. Processing Economic Department License and ensure that license will be submitted to clients once all requirements are met. Process all types of visa services including new visas request, visa renewals, visa transfer, visa cancellation and other visas requests. Education Must be fluent in English with excellent reading, speaking and writing skills. Must be fluent in Arabic with excellent reading, speaking and writing skills. Minimum 4 years of experience in client support field or similar fields, with proven track record of communicating with customers Strong negotiation skills to close license arrangements Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
