Our client is a leading international Hospitality business who are rapidly expanding across the Middle East.
Description
Support the CEO on the development and implementation of the HR strategyDevelop a strong relationship with key line managers within the businessDevelop and maintain a strong and efficient recruitment process across the Middle EastDesign succession and training plans for strong talents within the businessMonitor and review the organisational structure and suggest changes where necessaryReview the companies policies and procedures and suggest changes where needed
Profile
A minimum of 5 years HR Management experienceExperience working within the F&B;, Hospitality or Retail industry - ESSENTIALExperience managing HR operations in Saudi - AdvantageousBachelor degree or CIPD qualified - EssentialExcellent communication skillsStrong experience developing and implementing strategy across the full HR spectrumIdeally live in Abu Dhabi
