الوصف الوظيفي Accountable for contract, facility assets and all resource performance. Manage and maintain process supporting all matters of legal and technical compliance. Manage and maintain operating programs which support the contract key deliverable and accountability. Develop and implement an enhanced SLA/KPI process based on maintenance requirements. Participate in client working groups such as policy and procedures etc. Understand the maintenance & facility assets and operating profile expectancy. Provide interpretation and guidance to senior staff for the procurement of replacement equipment in accordance with the governance procedures. Lead all subordinate in house and outsourced staff offering technical guidance and management support. المهارات High level of computer literacy, analytical and problem solving skills. Strong stakeholder management and relationship developments skills. Experiences in property maintenance, handing over, commissioning and snagging of midsize and major projects.
