-To oversee and ensure functional delivery of all digital workstreams according to the planned quarterly releases. Identify and manage dependencies across workstreams.
-Provide a global change management plan (identification of changes needed due to new process), define a global consolidated training program from a business and functional perspective
-Consolidate the risk and issues from the workstreams, manage risks and support the resolution of functional issues that affect all the release scope, schedule and quality across the 7 digital workstreams.

-Consolidate the 7 workstream release windows across the digital portfolio and ensure consistency across the releases of all workstreams as per Go-live dates
-Communicate all key initiative plans, commitments and changes across all the workstreams
-Coordinate release content and effort across the 7 workstreams based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications
