Consortium Commercial Manager

Progressive is looking for an Consortium Commercial Manager for one of our international client working on metro project in UAE.

In this role, you will take responsibility for:

- developing and propose to management a legal and commercial strategy for the project, to protect on a daily basis and with a long term strategy

- implementing project specific commercial procedures, particularly regarding correspondences, notifications, insurances, and variation requests / orders and claims preparation files

- ensuring that the projects implement tools for the reliable filing and easy access of the correspondence from, and to, the customer/partners in the project

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Engineering with knowledge in contractual and legal related matters. Must have a minimum of 15 years experience working in commercial and/or contractual and/or legal matters, better if in the frame of large infrastructural projects.
