The Organization:
Our client is a multispecialty private hospital with branches throughout the UAE. For their corporate head office in Abu Dhabi, they are hiring an experienced Executive Manager – M&A;(or Investment Analyst).
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversees, plans, and directs all aspects of an organization’s efforts to achieve growth through mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture;
• Identifies, analyzes, and determines feasibility of possible mergers and evaluates their potential impact on the corporation’s growth and profitability;
• Participates in merger and acquisition negotiations;
• May direct and oversee mergers and acquisitions staff;

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent business acumen and leadership experience;
• Ability to analyze and interpret information quickly;
• Hardworking, reliable and detail-oriented;
• Ability to manage responsibilities with major organizational impact;
Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics;
• CA or similar certification mandatory;
• 3 - 5 years related experience;
• Experience healthcare industry would be highly preferable
