The Organization:
Our client is a leading private healthcare provider in UAE offering international level services in healthcare. Their reach is through a specialized care hospital and more than 20 outpatient centres. They are proud of their progressive facilities and services, complemented by the latest technology supporting the most advanced surgical and diagnostic procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
For several departments (Labour & Delivery, NICU, OBG ward & Pediatric ward) they are hiring female Charge Nurses with leadership experience.
• Typically between 5 and 20 Registered Nurses are reporting to this role
• Regular nurse tasks as maintaining reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition, carrying out the requisite treatments and medications and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans;
• Managerial responsibilities as delegating nursing assignments, preparing schedules, overseeing admissions and discharges, and monitoring and ordering medicines and supplies.

Skills & Competencies:
• Good organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to balance managerial and administrative tasks and clinical care;
• Excellent leadership skills; providing guidance and advice to a team of nurses;
• Knowledge and experience to answer staff and patient questions on a wide range of topics
• Strong written communication skills
Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing;
• HAAD/DHA/MOH license (or at least eligibility);
• Overall experience of 10+ years in nursing;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leadership role (charge nurse, management)
