The Organization:
Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE. They are hiring a Business Analyst – IT to join their corporate IT department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the organization and design of technical systems, business models, processes and strategic business needs.
• Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications;
• Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution;
• Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong business knowledge;
• Creative thinking and ability to provide alternatives to existing or proposed solutions;
• Good understanding of information technology;
Education & Qualifications:
• Available to join asap;
• Experience in similar role within healthcare industry.
