A large organisation based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior level Head of HR to lead the function handling all strategic matters.

Description
Lead strategic HR projects for the organisation, including transformation and managing talentBusiness partner with the senior stakeholders on HR best practice, new initiatives and transformation projectsLead initiatives in talent, reward and trainingImplement and drive new employee engagement strategyWork on organisational design and company structure, implementing changes where necessaryBe out on the field interacting with staff at all levels to identify engagement issues

Profile
GCC experience is essential, as well as currently being based in the GCCThe ideal candidate will have multinational company exposure as well as experience with a large employee population (over 500)Strategic ability is necessary with proven experience and achievements in change transformation, strategy design and implementationAt least 12 years HR experience, a large proportion in a management role with team leader experienceStrong leadership qualities and proven experience handling challenging stakeholdersAn Arabic speaker is preferred but not essentialA Bachelors degree and ideally a HR related qualification is necessaryCandidates MUST be living or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi

Job Offer

Salary around AED 40,000 plus medical and tickets.
