Workshop Manager (Arabic Speaking only)

With minimal supervision, the Operations Manager leads the Workshop. This includes all facets of the full service car wash and detailing in addition to managing P&L;cost centers. The operations manager is the face of Workshop in our communities and is a key position in delivering on the Workshop Experience.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are limited to the following:
• Manages all associates to maintain high associate quality standards consistent with the Workshop brand including, but not limited to, hiring, development, counseling, promotion and discipline and termination as appropriate.
• Ensures Workshop is optimally staffed and associates are fully trained in all aspects of current job.
• Work with management team to respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Develop initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts. Maintain effective cost controls in support of these initiatives.
• Ensure that all services are performed according to our quality and speed of service guidelines.
• Manages P&L;for all services.
• Oversee all Workshop administrative requirements including cash handling, compensation reports, incident reports, federal, state and local law requirements.
• Treat guests and fellow associates with honesty, integrity and commitment to our Guiding Principles.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the location operating to its standard and to set a positive example to team members.
• Anticipate guest and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for visual cues.
• Coach associates by positively reinforcing our Guiding Principles.
• Deliver VIP Service to all guests by being engaged with our guest’s needs and desires.
• Lead in new associate training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful feedback to associates on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve associate performance.
• Develop positive relationships with associates while understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
• Follow Workshop’s operational guidelines, including those of money handling and security, to ensure the safety of all associates during each shift.
• Follow all cash register guidelines and ensures proper cash management followed by all associates during shift.
• Follow up with Production Loaders, Service Advisors, Finishers and Detailers to ensure that Quality, Speed and Guest Service models are being followed.
• Use operational tools during shift to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace for our guests and team member’s satisfaction.
• Follow Safety guidelines to promote a safe workplace for guests and team members.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Work with a sense of urgency that demonstrates the value we place on our guest’s time.
• Adherence to our uniform and grooming standards.
