Purpose of the Job
Assist the Relation and Development Department in marketing activity and Brand awareness campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Relation and Development Officer oversees the college marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organization marketing message.
• Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
• Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Bachelor degree in business administration, public relations, communications, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Marketing, communications, public affairs, or a related field is required.
• Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English languages.
• Knowledge of communications, marketing, media, and public relations techniques.
• Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
