الوصف الوظيفي This role is to fulfill a Project Director/ Deputy Project Director position on a civil infrastructure project. Roles and Responsibilities Plan, direct, monitor and control the Civil project operations and ensure timely completion of the project with maximum profitability. Formulate, adopt, implement and monitor Project Plan and Budget in the most effective manner in respect to schedule, cost, productivity, quality and safety. Coordinate and resolve matters with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities to ensure smooth progress of the project/s. Continuously liaise and provide support to all Departmental Heads. Consistently train and motivate staff at all levels to work as a team towards achieving the Company’s vision and objectives. To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health (QESH) Management System. Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior. المهارات Candidates need to possess relevant experience in managing the construction of civil related projects, i.e. Highways, Bridges, Railway, MRT, LRT or BRT. Preferably with track record in managing projects with accumulative contract value up to RM 500 million and above in a similar role. Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma and/ or Professional Degree in Building/ Civil construction, Engineering-others or relevant discipline. This position is open to both Local Malaysian and International applicants.
