الوصف الوظيفي

Produce plans for field/custom homes and make changes required for custom
upgrades.

Produce plot plans for sales, builders, and permit plans.

Keep all plans current and consistent including any field changes that may be
found during job completion

Assist Estimator with plans and plan changes to keep takeoffs current with
plan and checklists

Assist Sales, Builders, and Estimator with any questions concerning plans and
plan changes

Assist Selection Center staff with questions, plan changes and plot requests

Ability to print and bind all product lines with large format printer

Assist Sales, Builders, and Estimator with requests for plans

المهارات

Knowledge of computer aided drafting and proficiency with CAD systems

Ability to produce CAD drawings in a reasonable time frame with assistance

Understanding of basic drafting and design concepts

Ability to work in a multi-task environment

Basic knowledge of the construction process and techniques

Basic skill using MS Excel and database programs

Detail-oriented

Ability to acquire knowledge of large format printer operation
