Quality Controller General Services - Emirates Property Investment Company (EPICO), Abu Dhabi

Provide necessary assistance and support to maintenance staff of facility management service rendered by EPICO to tenants of residential properties to ensure quality service is provided and customer satisfaction is met. Avoid damages to the property and ensure timely actions are taken by the maintenance team.

Key Accountability:

• Operations: Act as a liaison with external contractors on all services ensuring all SLA’s are adhered. Report any issues to the supervisor relating to firefighting systems, plumbing/electrical requests and generate monthly reporting of incidents. Conduct random onsite inspection to highlight incidents that may increase maintenance cost
• Drafting: Draft and redraw layout change plans for the purposes of building minor renovations and modifications for proposed building improvement and leasing reference through Computer Aided Drafting Software (Auto CAD Software)
• Move in Process: Conduct move-in process to ensure that a formal sign-off on property condition is obtained from the tenant before their physical move. Arrange appointment with tenants for move-in process, discuss and document agreed upon maintenance requirements/actions, escalate these requirements to maintenance supervisor and submit singed-off ‘Move in check lists forms’ to the leasing department
• Preventive Maintenance: Ensure preventive maintenance as scheduled in the PPM planner with check list for all assets of company properties. Monitor and track by regular basis to avoid unnecessary accidents or incidents that may increase maintenance cost. Conducts document control on maintenance records to ensure history of all equipment• General Work: Assist the Immediate Superior for the review of service contracts for preventive maintenance proposals and modifications to ensure the quality of services. Assist the immediate superior to inspect properties to ensure building condition is in accordance to UAE Building code

Specific Information:

• EPICO’s property portfolio includes different residential and commercial buildings, offices, villas, individual apartments, industrial units, retail units, commercial areas, industrial and land plots. EPICO operates in yearly maintenance contracts for own properties and third party properties.

• Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Relevant Vocational Diploma is preferred.
Experience
• 3 years of minimum experience; out of which 1 year in similar position.
• Good commend of spoken and written English.
