We are seeking a 360 degree Recruitment Consultant to join our team and develop a new desk, generate new business through sales activity and develop existing client relationships.
Your role will be varied and fast paced, liaising with clients and candidates.
Key Duties Would Include:
Candidate and client management
Business development calls and visits
Full service recruitment function that includes generation of candidates, candidate qualification, interviewing, reference checking, advertising, process management
Client visits, taking an effective job brief
Assess candidates through interviews and skill tests and make appropriate recommendations to the client.
Ensure all the candidates screened before they are sent for the final round of interview with the client.
المهارات
Minimum 3 years experience in the UAE with a recruitment agency
Proven target and billings delivery
A proven track record of success within the Recruitment Industry
Negotiating and closing sales
Business Development ExperienceDrive and Passion
