الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to work with our Al Futtaim Honda Team in Abu Dhabi. As part of the Sales team, you are mainly responsible in making sure that all important documents and logistic coordination is in proper order. You will coordinate with our Logistics partners, Ports & Customs, banks and other related departments for prompt clearance of inbound shipments. You are expected to efficiently complete vehicle invoices, produce reports via SAP IS Auto, assist in showroom vehicle display matrix, inventory management, maintain demo records and keying of discounts in SAP. You are also expected to assist in initiating and managing the process for new car registration and complete general showroom administration duties including liaising with HR, STS and other internal partners. المهارات The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic qualification and must have at least 2 years’ experience within Sales Administration or Sales Support & Coordination or Customer Service. You should also be able to communicate effectively and can work at flexible hours and in shifts.
