JOB ROLE: Operations Manager – Outsourcing..
Sawaeed Employment LLC was launched in the year 2006 by a Group of 16 UAE National Companies whose Vision was to hire all types of workforce under one Visa Sponsorship and outsource them to diversified industries in Government & Private businesses in the region thereby regulating the workflow, protecting the rights of the employees, providing them with good living standards by building labour cities, & to manage all employee benefits in accordance with the UAE Labour Law.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the operations teams in our Company .

The ideal candidate will have previous operations management experience, a natural talent for getting the best out of teams and a sound understanding of Best Practices in Outsourcing industry;
Responsibilities
• Operations Departmental ISO/Process Flow on Mobilization, Demobilization and Customer Complaints Handling Administration
• Operations Departmental Best Practices Administration on Workers Upgrading and Various Allowances such as Hardship Allowance, Site Allowance (Defined as Workers First Time Visa Renewal for Long Years Loyal Service), Incremental Site Allowance (Defined as Workers Second Time Visa Renewal for Long Years Loyal Service), Extra Site Allowance etc.
• Various Process Flow such as Timesheet Collection Administration, PPE Issuance Administration, Workers Disciplinary / Penalty Matrix Administration, Absconding Formalities Administration, Late Reporting from Vacation / Re-Contract Administration, Degrading Administration, New Arrivals Orientation / Induction Program Administration, New and Old Workers Training Arrangement Administrations, Operational Site Management Activities, Idle Workers Mobilization Administration etc.
• Responsible in implementing best practices/various operations policies on absenteeism control procedure, absconding procedure, outsourced administrative guidelines/procedure, admin/procedure on workers various requests on resignation, cancellation, leave request, insurance card etc.
• Monitoring the collection of time sheet from sites through the Site Supervisors and timekeepers.
• Monitoring daily updates on the timesheet collection and follow up for the timesheets with the clients or assigned Site Supervisors in different sites.
• Rectify workers’ problems in camps and in job sites, by discussing and negotiating with clients.
• Visit to job sites as and when appropriate. Conduct surprise/random visits to the sites & camps.
• Assign concerned operations assistant/site supervisor for Inspecting and checking suitability Clients’ accommodations and camps prior to mobilization of workers.
• Coordinating with the Management Team for issues and concerns that requires Management advice
• Training and guiding time keepers for their jobs and responsibility
• Assigning task force to the sensitive/problematic sites as and when required. Monitoring and updating Director of Operations accordingly.
• In-charge of the workers’ mobilization and demobilization under construction sector.
• Review and verification of the invoices submitted by the transport companies for the hired transportation used for the operational requirements like daily trips to the sites and back to the camps, in order to forward to Director of Operations.
• Assisting and coordinating with the accounts department for workers salary before 15th of every month.
• Keeping constant communication with client representatives like Project Managers, Engineers etc., in order to assure that quality service is delivered.
• Conduct meeting with the client management either on sites or in our office to discuss & update the operational issues if any.
• Communicating with all the existing and new clients’ management for the mobilization and other operational issues.
• Investigating worker’s grievances/client complaints and taking actions within the authority or putting forward to senior management for further actions as and when appropriate.
• Liaising with inter office departments for Operational requirements.
• Management can be asked to take on another task in addition to the ones stated above, in a reasonable frame work.
• Monitoring training Centre activities, control management system on idle workers control, training process and upgrading the workers skills.
• Direct supervision on operations coordinator to follow up and solve workers salary, overtime issues bank account ATM card issues by monitoring monthly reports.
• Interaction with clients and always available to answer clients’ questions/demand on manpower issues.
• Keeping track on workers mobilization on the sites through daily monitoring report/mobilization report.
• Oversees and monitors the efficiency in transportation section by constantly checking and monitoring with the Transportation In-Charge on the day to day operations in Transportation.
• Over all in-charge of operations/supervising all the operational manpower supply activities, administration and Operations Managers of all the sectors.
• Co-coordinating with sales department for sales related issues and mobilization/demobilization issues
• Providing Idle report to sales and notify sales for long days idle work• Ensure of all mobilization and demobilization done as per posted memos from sales department

We‟re looking for an experienced Operations Manager with significant relevant experience in a construction or any service oriented company specifically in handling complex organizational requirements relating to manpower and client issues.with a proven track record of building, developing and managing delivery and support teams. You‟ll have solid leadership and people management skills along with previous experience growing and developing an operations function; i.e. defining operational procedures, setting service standards, defining SLA‟s etc. It goes without saying that you‟ll also be passionate about delivering exceptional service. In addition to the above you‟ll also: • Have a good level of commercial acumen • Be able to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction and continuous improvement • Have excellent communication, influencing and customer management skills •
