EDUCATION
Technical aircraft maintenance diploma or level 9 certified components technicianCivilian or military training

المهارات
Experience
9-11 years of experience within aircraft maintenance operations area in an MRO with increasing supervisor responsibility
Skills
Ability to supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of technicians
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems effectively
Fosters continuous improvement, innovation and excellent customer
service Team management and business partner relationship management
Knowledge of military aircraft maintenance operations
Knowledge of aircraft launching and recovering processes
Knowledge of basic maintenance processes and procedures.
Understanding of aircraft components, parts and functions
Understanding of OEM maintenance manuals
Strong communicate skills, written and verbal
Computer literate, proficient with MS Office packagesMust be able to read and write English. Ability to speak Arabic an asset.
