Coordination and follow-up with international organizations rail in all matters relating to the rail. Assess the Department of Safety, including the Department of Public Safety Systems bodies or entities which the law requires the issuance of certificates to them.

Conducting benchmarking with developed countries in the field of rail.
Access to the latest technologies used in trains and evaluation systems and determine the standards and specifications in order to be applied in trains projects.  Study and coordinate the roles and responsibilities of each Emirate to implement the project trains and run effectively based on the twins laws and regulations of the various emirates and determine the services provided by the rail network, slides benefiting from this service.
Determine the train tracks at the state level and the link between the emirates, and between the state and neighboring states.
Testing involving the integration and coordination between the various subsystems and components of the system trains.
Performance monitoring in terms of safety and audit findings and issue recommendations for improvement.
Investigation of the facts and incidents in the railway sector and to formulate recommendations to remove the causes of accidents.
Preparation of periodic reports on the work of administration and brought to the Executive Director for transport sector.
